I started as a designer and became a brand strategist and creative director. Getting new business for design agencies came as a natural talent. I'd be working on a project and spot an opportunity. I generated millions in revenue for the design firms I worked at.
I started my consulting practice in 2009, knowing that many design firms and creative agencies needed help with business development. My first teleclass was 5 Questions You Need to Ask a Prospect Before You Even Think about Meeting. A thousand people registered, which began my path as a business development consultant, coach, and trainer to design firms and creative agencies worldwide.
I'm one of the few creatives who understand how to get business. I have watched design studios double, triple, and even quadruple their sales, become more profitable, and get work without wasting hundreds of unnecessary hours on proposals.
